THE WORK

Our Program Coordinators are responsible for the successful project maintenance of our provider offices. You will utilize your strong communication and organizational skills to assist the office team with implementing strategic programs created by the Better Health Group; additionally responsible for research and feedback on the successful outcomes of these programs. As a Program Coordinator, you will be a part of the Provider Operations team and work closely with a regional team of quality auditors and care coordinators to help support and train office teams while having a direct impact on the improved health care of our community. The role operates in a fast-paced and engaging environment with plenty of future advancement opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Embedded in specific Provider offices.
  • Travels to specific offices during the week.
  • Works with the Provider offices to ensure the success of Better Health Programs.
  • Programs include Admission Management, HEDIS, MRA/HCC Reporting, Preventive Screenings - Tracking the progress of a project, calling Patients, working with office staff (normally front desk, billers, office managers), and chart reviews.
  • Works with assigned Provider Consultant to assist with additional needs.

  • Communication: Ability to be professional and articulate in both written and verbal form with people within the company as well as with external partners
  • Technology: Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Time Management: Self-motivated ability to juggle multiple projects with prioritization, superb accuracy, and effective execution

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Excellent customer service and customer focus skills
  • Medicare experience or medical experience required (MA, Biller, Office Manager, etc.)
  • Valid FL driver's license
  • Ability to travel regularly and frequently within the assigned territory
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Proven organizational and coordination, new program implementation, quality improvement, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated exceptional analytical, written, and oral communication skills
