The Senior Business Analyst is a strategic analyst role, and is responsible for improving operational care for patients through data analysis to support the business needs. The incumbent will report to the Chief of Staff, and is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing healthcare data to support and optimize decision-making processes.

  • Collect, process, and clean data from various sources to create unified datasets
  • Utilize KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the business to support decision making
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Develop reports and data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to the team
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant healthcare regulations
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
  • Work with key stakeholders and utilize critical thinking to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Work closely with management to prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users

Position Requirements/ Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, healthcare setting preferred, with technical experience in data analysis, predictive analytics, data models, data mining, and desgmentation techniques
  • Prior consulting experience preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) for real-time collaboration
  • Experience with Python and/or SQL and PowerBI
